I'm Back

With less than a month of school to go and me in Shanghai this summer, I figured I'd bring Le Franq back from the dead. This time, to update you, my readers, on how my life goes this summer in China and how my attempt at getting huge (again) in asia will go. Major life updates since last summer:

1. I tore my quad in the first 20 minutes of the season opener match. Subsequently missing the entire fall season
2. During a lifting session in February, I was almost back where I was in August, I sprained a ligament in my spine
3. I grew an pair and played out the spring season. Consequently I got vaginitis and haven't been in the gym in a month.

The season ends in a week, which means I will be back in the gym full-time.
Squat: Can I even still squat with my back?
Deadlift: See squat. Although I may try and deadlift with the trap bar.
Bench: 185? Optimistically.
Overhead Press: 110?

Goals for my summer:
1. Get close to where I was last summer, tricky part is dealing with my lower back. This entails:
Squat: 315+
Deadlift: 315+++
Bench: 225++
Overhead Press: 155+
2. Weigh 185-190 with 5-10% body fat.
3. Running 4-5 days a week.
