190

I finally hit 190 on the scale yesterday. Well first I hit 188, and then I decided I could drink two pounds of water. But end result, 190.

On Friday I squated 295x13 giving me a calculated 1rpm of 422. That 405 squat is looking really doable now. I also shoulder pressed 160x7 giving me a calculated 1rpm of 197. So close to 200...

I was doing some creeping online and it turns out Jon's friend is fat, so I no longer feel inferior, but the quest to get big, or what the fuck continues.
