I've had some pretty decent lifts lately.
My calculated 1rpm are:
Squat: 412
Deadlift: 390
Bench: still 296...
Military Press: 195
I went out to celebrate jon's 21st birthday yesterday and he has an asian friend who is bigger than me. Unacceptable. Time to get fucking stacked.
